How it works and how to install it
The thermostat operates via a capillary probe that detects the actual temperature in the oven and cuts off power when the set temperature is reached on the knob. Installation requires mounting the thermostat body on the control panel and inserting the probe into the measuring area of the oven, then connecting the three electrical terminals according to the equipment's diagram. For safety, installation should be performed with the equipment disconnected from the electrical mains.

Can I use the thermostat for a home electric oven or only for industrial ovens?
You can use the thermostat for both household and industrial ovens, as long as the equipment's consumption does not exceed 16A at 230V. It is ideal for professional baking or pastry ovens.
How long is the capillary with the probe, and can it be shortened if it's too long?
The capillary is 600mm long, sufficient for most applications. It is not recommended to shorten the capillary as this can affect measurement accuracy and damage the internal mechanism of the thermostat.
Does the thermostat maintain a constant temperature or does it need to be adjusted manually?
Once set to the desired temperature, the thermostat automatically maintains the temperature by alternately turning the power on and off. It does not require manual adjustment during operation, only the initial setting of the temperature on the graded scale.
