How it works and how to install it
The power supply transforms the 220V AC mains voltage into stable 18V DC continuous current. Before connecting, check that the voltage selector on the casing is correctly positioned for your electrical network. Connect the power cable to the L-N-M input terminals, then connect the loads to the output terminals marked V+ and V-. Fine voltage adjustment is done with the ADJ potentiometer marked on the unit.
Installation requires basic electrical knowledge — connection to the mains must be performed by a licensed electrician. Mount the power supply in well-ventilated areas, away from humidity and direct sunlight. Do not cover the casing during operation to allow cooling air circulation.

Can I power 12V LED strips with this power supply?
No, the power supply delivers a fixed 18V DC voltage and is only compatible with equipment designed for this voltage. For 12V strips, you need a dedicated 12V power supply.
How much LED strip can I connect to this power supply?
Up to 180W total. If your strip consumes, for example, 14W per meter, you can connect approximately 12 meters. Check the specific consumption of the strip you are using.
Does the power supply get hot during operation?
Yes, a slight degree of heating is normal for any transformer. The perforated metal casing provides natural cooling, but do not cover the power supply and mount it in a well-ventilated place.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
