How it works and how to install
The power supply connects to the 220V mains via the input terminals marked L and N, and at the output, it delivers stabilized 12V DC voltage via the terminals marked with plus and minus. Installation is done by screwing it into an aluminum profile or on a vertical surface, ensuring at least 5cm of free space for natural ventilation. Observe polarity when connecting LED strips or devices to avoid damage. The power supply is designed for indoor environments with normal humidity, IP20 protection rating.

It depends on the consumption of your strip. Calculate: 60W divided by the strip's consumption per meter. Example: a 12W/meter strip can be powered up to 5 meters.

Yes, it is normal for it to heat up slightly to 50-60 degrees Celsius at maximum load. The aluminum casing efficiently dissipates heat without the need for a fan.
Can I use the power supply outdoors or in the bathroom?
No, the power supply has an IP20 protection rating and is exclusively intended for use in dry indoor environments. For outdoor or wet spaces, you need a power supply with IP65 or higher.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
