6-way TV splitter for cable and satellite signal
The 6-way TV splitter with a frequency range of 5-2450 MHz allows for the distribution of cable or satellite TV signals to up to 6 televisions simultaneously. It is a practical solution for apartments, homes, or commercial spaces where multiple screens need to be connected to the same signal source. The metal casing and F-type connectors ensure a stable and durable connection over time.
What you get with this product
- Connect up to 6 televisions to a single cable or satellite signal source, without complex additional installations
- Wide bandwidth 5-2450 MHz compatible with terrestrial TV, cable, and satellite signals, including frequencies used by modern operators
- F-type connectors on all ports ensure a secure grip for coaxial cables and minimize signal loss
- Robust metal casing protects the internal circuit and reduces electromagnetic interference
- Quick installation with included fixed bracket, no special tools required
- Compact dimensions — takes up minimal space behind the TV or in the distribution panel
How it works and how to install
The splitter receives the TV signal through a single input port (IN) and passively distributes it to the 6 output ports (OUT) via standard F-type connectors. Installation involves connecting the main coaxial cable to the input and the cables to each television at the outputs — it does not require electrical power and no advanced technical knowledge is needed. Important to note: this splitter does NOT amplify the signal, so it is recommended only where the input signal is strong enough to support distribution to all televisions.
Frequently asked questions
Does the splitter amplify the signal to the TVs?
No, this splitter is passive and distributes the signal without amplification. If the signal from the source is weak, the image may be affected on some televisions — in this case, a TV signal amplifier is recommended.
Is it compatible with signals from Romanian cable operators?
Yes, the 5-2450 MHz working band covers the frequencies used by cable TV and satellite operators in Romania, including HD services and internet via coaxial cable.
What type of cable is used for connection?
Standard coaxial cable with F-type connectors is used, most commonly found in TV installations in Romania. F-type connectors are not included in the package if the cables are not already terminated.
