How it works and how to install
Drill a 10mm hole in the wall to a depth of 40mm, insert the plastic plug all the way, then screw in the screw with a Phillips screwdriver until it's firmly fixed. The plug expands in the hole and solidly locks the screw in the wall. To remove, simply unscrew — the plug remains in the wall and can be reused. No technical experience is required; the process takes less than 2 minutes per screw.
Frequently asked questions
Does it hold in drywall or does it break?
Yes, it holds firmly in drywall, provided you use the correct technique: drill without percussion and tighten the screw gradually, not forcefully. For heavier loads in plasterboard, we recommend fixing into a metal stud.
How big should the hole for the plug be?
The hole must have a diameter of 10mm and a minimum depth of 40mm. Use the appropriate drill bit for the wall type: concrete requires a masonry bit, drywall requires a wood bit.
Can I mount a 2-3 kg light fixture with these screws?
Yes, in solid concrete or brick walls, 2 screws from this set will easily hold 3-5 kg. For heavier loads or weak walls, use 3-4 screws distributed evenly.
