How it works and how to install it
Pass the end of the cable tie through the mechanism, wrap it around the cables or objects you want to secure, then tighten it to the desired tension. The automatic tooth system immediately locks the cable tie and prevents it from coming undone. Cut the excess end with scissors or pliers. Installation does not require technical experience, and each cable tie can be installed in less than 10 seconds.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
