How it works and how to install it
The sensor is mounted on the wall at a height between 1.8 and 2.5 meters, connected to a power outlet or the lighting fixture's power line. When it detects motion within an 11-meter range and the ambient light level is below the set threshold, it automatically activates the lighting. After motion ceases, the light remains on for 5 seconds to 7 minutes, according to the selected setting. The three buttons on the casing allow for fine adjustment of light sensitivity, lighting time, and detection distance, without the need for an electrician.

Can it also be used outdoors, in the rain?
Yes, the sensor has IP44 protection and is resistant to water splashes and dust, making it suitable for mounting under a balcony, eave, or in covered areas. Direct exposure to heavy rain without additional protection is not recommended.
Does it work during the day or only at night?
You have full control via the light sensitivity setting. You can set the sensor to activate lighting only in the dark or to operate non-stop, including during the day, depending on your needs.
Can it be connected directly to an LED bulb?
Yes, the sensor works with any type of bulb or light fixture up to 1200W — LED, halogen, incandescent, or fluorescent. It is connected between the power source and the light fixture.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
