How it works and how to install it
The heating element screws directly into the 32mm threaded hole on the boiler flange, sealed with the included gasket. After emptying the tank and removing the old heating element, the new heating element is installed in the same place, secured, and the electrical connection is made via the screw terminal. The bent tubular element ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the entire water mass, without cold spots.

Will it fit my boiler if it has a 1 and 1/4 inch thread?
Yes, the 32mm thread corresponds to the 1 and 1/4 inch standard used on most commercial electric boilers.
How much power does this heating element consume per hour during continuous operation?
At maximum power 3000W, the consumption is 3 kWh per hour, but in normal operation, the thermostat stops heating after reaching the set temperature.
Can I install the heating element myself, or do I need an authorized electrician?
The mechanical installation is simple, but the electrical connection must be made by a person with technical knowledge, respecting safety standards and prior disconnection of the power supply.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
