How it works and how to install it
The heating element is installed by screwing it into the water heater's opening, using the included gaskets for a perfect seal. After cooling and draining the water heater, replace the old heating element, tightening the fixing nuts uniformly. The electrical connection is made according to the diagram in the water heater manual, with the power supply disconnected. The sled-shaped copper element evenly distributes heat throughout the water volume, ensuring constant temperatures and efficient heating.

Does it fit all water heaters?
The heating element has a standard 11mm thread and is compatible with most screw-in water heaters. Check the dimensions of the existing opening before ordering.
How long does it take to heat water?
At 2000W, it heats approximately 80-100 liters of water from room temperature to 60 degrees in about 2-3 hours, depending on insulation and ambient temperature.
Is it resistant to hard water (limescale)?
Copper is more resistant to limescale deposits than steel, but periodic cleaning or the use of an anti-limescale filter is recommended for maximum lifespan.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
