How it works and how to install it
The floodlight connects directly to the 220V electrical grid via the included cable, without additional components. The adjustable metal bracket is fixed to a wall, pole, or any solid surface with two screws, after which the lighting angle is manually adjusted before final tightening. The entire operation takes, on average, less than 20 minutes and does not require advanced electrical knowledge, just an available outdoor outlet or circuit.

Yes, the IP66 protection rating means the floodlight is resistant to powerful water jets and dust, so rain, snow, or humidity do not pose a problem for its normal operation.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
