50W COB LED Chip for Projectors and Floodlights
The 50W SMD LED chip is the ideal replacement component for projectors, floodlights, and industrial lighting fixtures that use high-power COB modules. With a luminous flux of 3400-3500 lm and a color temperature of 6000K, this LED chip provides intense and uniform cool white light. It's the right solution when the original module has burned out and you want to repair the lighting fixture without completely replacing it.
What you get with this product
- Real savings on repairs — you only replace the burned-out LED chip, not the entire projector
- Cool white light at 6000K, suitable for outdoor lighting, workshops, warehouses, and technical spaces
- Luminous flux of 3400-3500 lm at 50W — good ratio between consumption and brightness
- Lifespan of up to 50,000 hours — rare replacement, reduced maintenance costs
- Compact dimensions of 42x43mm — compatible with most 50W COB projectors on the market
- Direct electrical contact through integrated metal terminals — simple soldering or mounting on the heatsink
How it works and how to install it
The 50W COB LED chip is powered by 32-34V DC through a dedicated 50W LED driver, which is not included in the package. Mounting is done by thermal bonding to the heatsink of the lighting fixture, using thermal paste, after which the positive and negative terminals are connected to the driver's output. The operation requires minimal electronics knowledge and is accessible to anyone accustomed to basic electrical repairs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What driver do I need for this 50W LED chip?
You need a 50W LED driver with an output voltage of 32-34V and a current of 1000-1100mA. The driver is not included and must be purchased separately.
Is it compatible with my 50W projector?
The chip has dimensions of 42x43mm and standard parameters for 50W COB modules. Check the supply voltage (32-34V) and the mounting hole dimensions before ordering.
Do I need thermal paste for mounting?
Yes, thermal paste is mandatory to ensure heat transfer to the heatsink and to prevent overheating and premature degradation of the chip.
