How it works and how to install it
The 300W solar street light operates completely autonomously: during the day, the bifacial monocrystalline panel charges the internal battery through direct sun exposure, and at night, the ambient light sensor automatically activates the LED lighting. The radar sensor detects motion and instantly adjusts the light intensity, returning to standby mode after the area becomes clear. Installation takes less than 30 minutes — the mounting bracket is fixed to an existing pole or wall, the unit is oriented south for optimal capture, and the remote control allows configuration of modes directly from the ground.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the lamp work after a cloudy day?
Thanks to third-generation bifacial technology, the battery charges even in diffuse light conditions, and partial recovery of LED light at night extends autonomy. Under normal charging conditions, the autonomy is 2-3 consecutive nights without direct sun.
Does the motion sensor work in rainy or windy weather?
Yes, the radar sensor is integrated into the protected casing and is not affected by rain, wind, or insects, unlike classic PIR sensors which can generate false alarms in difficult weather conditions.
Do I need an electrician for installation?
No. The lamp is completely autonomous, does not require connection to the electrical grid, and comes with the mounting bracket included. Anyone can install the product using basic tools.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
