How it works and how to install it
The switch connects via 2.4GHz WiFi to your network and is configured in under 5 minutes using the Smart Life/Tuya app on your phone. After connection, it controls the two circuits via touch directly on the panel, from the app, or through the voice assistant. Installation is done in the existing standard wall box, identical to a classic switch — you connect the phase wires to the two circuits and the neutral, secure the frame with the included screws, and it's ready. It does not require a separate hub or gateway, just functional WiFi.

Can I control each button separately from the app?
Yes, each of the two modules appears individually in the application, and you can control each circuit independently by touch, app, or voice.
Does it work without internet if I only use the touch function?
Yes, the touch function remains operational at all times. Without internet, you only lose remote control and voice commands, but you can still turn it on/off normally from the panel.
Is it compatible with LED and classic bulbs?
Yes, it works with any type of bulb up to 10A on each circuit — LED, incandescent, halogen, or fluorescent.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
