How it works and how to install it
The switch has two contacts that connect directly into the electrical circuit of the equipment. You pull the metal lever to the ON position to close the circuit and start the device, or to the OFF position to turn it off. Installation is done through a suitable diameter hole in the panel or casing, then secured with the threaded nut from the back. The contacts are connected by terminals or soldering, according to your electrical diagram.

Can I use the switch for a 50W LED spotlight?
Yes, if the spotlight operates at 230V and consumes less than 2A (approximately 460W). Check the consumption on the product plate.
Can it be mounted outdoors or in wet environments?
It is not protected against moisture. Use it only in dry environments or in a sealed box if installed outdoors.
What hole diameter is needed for mounting?
Approximately 12mm for the standard thread. Check the exact thread size on the switch before drilling.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
