Ideal for powerful motors, industrial pumps, power supply lines, and production equipment, it offers safe switching up to 600V with a breaking capacity of 25kA at 220V AC.
What you get with this product
- Robust protection for circuits up to 250A — manage industrial motors and power equipment without risk of overload
- Clear ON-OFF lever and integrated reset button — quick restart after disconnection, without complex intervention
- Copper alloy contact pads — superior conductivity and durability for frequent switching cycles
- Flame-retardant ABS housing — thermal and electrical resistance in accordance with industrial standards, increased safety in demanding environments
- Quick screw mounting — complete kit with screws for cable fastening, stable installation in electrical panels
- Triple standard compatibility — works according to JIS and IEC, adapted for various industrial voltage configurations
How it works and how to install it
The circuit breaker is mounted in the main electrical panel on a DIN rail or by direct screw fixing. The power cables are connected to the upper terminals, and the output cables to the lower terminals, using the screws from the kit. The lever allows manual opening and closing of the circuit, and the red reset button unlocks the mechanism after an automatic disconnection caused by an overload. Installation requires an authorized electrician in accordance with occupational safety regulations.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use this circuit breaker for a 75kW three-phase motor?
Yes, the circuit breaker supports the current required for such a motor at standard industrial voltages of 380-400V, provided the 250A capacity is respected.
How do I know when to press the reset button?
The button turns red or pops out of position after an automatic disconnection. You only press reset after checking and eliminating the cause that led to the interruption.
Can it be mounted in an old electrical panel with screw mounting, not on a DIN rail?
Yes, the construction allows direct fixing through the mounting holes with screws, independent of the DIN rail.
