Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if this charger is compatible with my electric scooter?
Check that your vehicle's battery is 72V Lithium Ion and that your old charger has an 84V output. Then choose the appropriate plug from the 5 included variants. The product works with brands such as Xiaomi, Razor, Kaabo, DJI, and others.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging time depends on battery capacity, but with a 1.5A output, a standard scooter battery charges completely in 4-6 hours. The green LED indicates when the process is finished.
Is it safe to leave the charger connected overnight?
Yes, the charger has intelligent overload protection that automatically stops the process when the battery is full. However, we recommend disconnecting it after the LED turns green to prolong battery life.
