How it works and how to install it
The charger connects directly to a standard 220V outlet via a Schuko plug, and to the electric vehicle via a 3-pin plug compatible with the charging port. The charging process is fully automatic: an LED indicates the status, and the charger automatically stops power when the battery is full. The integrated fan starts automatically when needed to maintain optimal temperature. No configuration or additional settings are required.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if this charger is compatible with my electric vehicle?
Check the battery label or your old charger: it must be a 48V lead-acid battery, and the old charger should have a 57.6V output. The plug must be a 3-pin type identical to the one in the images.
Can I leave the charger connected overnight without risk?
Yes, it has overcharge protection and automatic shutdown, but we recommend disconnecting it after charging is complete, as per the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
Why does the charger get warm during operation?
Slight heating is normal during the current conversion process. The integrated fan keeps the temperature within safe limits. Do not cover the ventilation slots and keep the charger away from heat sources.
