- Precise 0.70 mm calibration — stable flame, optimized consumption, without over-fueling or under-combustion
- Universal compatibility with gas cookers and ovens with standard M8 thread
- Unlimited lifespan — non-corrosive material, resistant to thermal and chemical wear
How it works and how to install
The jet regulates the gas flow through its calibrated 0.70 mm orifice, ensuring the correct air-gas mixture for efficient combustion. For installation, close the gas valve, unscrew the old jet with a 10 mm wrench, screw in the new jet by hand until it's fully seated, and gently tighten with the wrench. Check for leaks with soap and water and test the flame — it should be blue and stable.
Frequently asked questions
Is the 0.70 mm jet suitable for natural gas from the network?
Yes, this size is standard for many gas cookers connected to the natural gas network. However, check your appliance's user manual for confirmation.
Can I use these jets for LPG cylinders?
No, LPG requires smaller orifice jets, usually between 0.50-0.65 mm. These 0.70 mm jets are optimized for network methane gas.
How difficult is it to replace the jets on a gas cooker myself?
It's a simple operation that only requires a 10 mm wrench and 5 minutes per burner. Basic instructions: close the gas, unscrew the old jet, install the new jet, check for leaks.
