How it works and how to install it
The SGC200 controller is inserted into the RCA path between the audio source or sound processor and the amplifier input. You connect the existing RCA cables to the 2 inputs and 2 outputs of the controller, then position the unit in an accessible location and secure it with the included mounting screw. Frequency (150 Hz - 40 Hz) and gain (0 dB - -12 dB) adjustments are made manually via the two potentiometers on the casing, without the need for special tools or advanced technical knowledge.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
