MC4 Connectors for Photovoltaic Solar Panels - 10-Set Kit
Professional MC4 connectors for photovoltaic systems, ensuring secure connections between solar panels and inverters. The kit includes 10 pairs of F/M connectors with IP67 protection, weather-resistant and easy to install by crimping. Compatible with cables between 4-6mm², they are the standard solution for residential and industrial solar installations.
What you get with this product
- Secure connections without risk of accidental disconnection - locking clip system included in each connector
- Quick crimp installation - no soldering, install 10 pairs of connectors in under 20 minutes using standard pliers
- Complete protection against water and dust - IP67 rating with sealed gaskets, guarantees safe operation in rain, snow, or extreme heat
- Long-term resistance to UV rays and aging - PPO-PA housing that does not become brittle after years of sun exposure
- 30A at 1000VDC current carrying capacity - supports photovoltaic installations up to 7-8kW without overheating
- Universal compatibility with standard monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panels on the market
How it works and how to install
Connection is made by crimping photovoltaic cables into the provided metal pins, then inserting them into the male and female plastic couplings. The click-locking system guarantees IP67 sealing and permanent fastening. No special tools are required - an MC4 crimping tool is sufficient. The operating temperature between -40°C and +90°C allows installation in any season, and assembly takes no more than 2 minutes per pair of connectors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are MC4 connectors compatible with any solar panel?
Yes, they comply with the universal MC4 standard and work with most commercial solar panels, both monocrystalline and polycrystalline, if their cables have a cross-section between 4 and 6mm².
Can I use these connectors for outdoor installations?
Yes, the IP67 protection and UV resistance make the connectors suitable for permanent outdoor mounting, on roofs or ground, resisting rain, snow, sleet, and direct sun exposure.
Do I need special tools for assembly?
An MC4 crimping tool is required, available separately. The crimping process is simple and does not require advanced technical experience, and visual instructions are included.
