How it works and how to install
The 90-degree elbow connector works through a clip system with 4 metal contacts that firmly grip the LED strip without soldering. Lift the clip's flap, insert the end of the 10mm RGB LED strip all the way in, then press the flap back down — repeat the operation on the other side of the connector to join the two strip segments at a right angle. The entire process takes less than a minute per connector and requires no tools. Please note: the connector is only compatible with 10mm wide, 4-pin (RGB) strips; it does not work with 8mm, 2-pin, or 3-pin strips.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
