How it works and how to install it
The ATS continuously monitors the voltage from the two configured sources — Source A (photovoltaic or batteries) and Source B (public grid). When the priority source drops below the set threshold, the device automatically switches to the secondary source without user intervention. Installation is carried out on a standard DIN rail in the electrical panel, connecting the two input sources and the outputs to consumers — an operation recommended for a licensed electrician given the nominal current of 63A.

Can I use this ATS with an off-grid solar inverter?
Yes, the ATS 125/2P is compatible with off-grid and hybrid inverters, connecting the inverter output as Source A and the public grid as Source B for automatic switching.
What happens if both sources fail simultaneously?
In the absence of voltage on both inputs, the ATS remains in the last selected position and automatically returns to the priority source as soon as it becomes available.
Is it compatible with the 230V single-phase grid in Romania?

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
