How it works and how to install it
The clock is easily installed by connecting the USB cable to a standard phone charger or a laptop. For power backup, insert a CR2032 battery into the back compartment. Setting the time, alarm, and temperature is done via the touch buttons on the rear panel — each button is clearly labeled. The snooze function can be activated with a single press in the morning.

Does the clock keep time during a power outage?
Yes, if you have installed the CR2032 backup battery, the clock will retain its settings and continue to function until the power returns.
How bright is the red LED light at night?
The brightness is adjustable to 2 levels and automatically adjusts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM to not disturb sleep. You can manually set the desired level at any time.
Can it be used without a cable, only on battery?
Yes, the clock also works exclusively on a CR2032 battery, but the autonomy is limited. For permanent use, USB power is recommended.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
