How it works and how to install it
The clock is installed by simply connecting it to an outlet via the included USB-DC cable or with a CR2032 battery for backup function. The controls on the back panel allow for quick time setting in 12/24h format, programming of the two alarms, and brightness adjustment. The automatic sensor intelligently reduces the LED intensity at night to avoid disturbing sleep.

Is the blue light too bright at night?
No, the clock has automatic adjustment that reduces brightness between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, plus you can manually select one of the 2 intensity levels.
What happens to the alarm if the power goes out?
If you insert the CR2032 battery, the clock retains its settings and the alarm remains active even without power from the outlet.
Does it also display the date or just the time?
Yes, the clock displays the day and month in addition to the time, plus the ambient temperature.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
