How it works and how to install it
The camera connects to the 2.4GHz or 4GHz WiFi network via the iCSee app, available for free on all platforms. Installation is simple: fix the mount to the ceiling or wall with the included screws, connect the 5V power supply to an outlet, and scan the QR code in the app. The lower camera rotates 360 degrees and monitors the main area, while the fixed upper camera covers a second area. Upon motion detection, you receive an instant notification with a video clip or photo.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it outdoors or only indoors?
The camera is manufactured to IP20 standard and can only be used indoors, in places with access to an electrical outlet. It is not resistant to moisture or rain.
How good is the image quality at night?
Very good - the camera has dual illumination, with 4 white LEDs and 4 infrared LEDs, providing clear color images at night, not just black and white like classic cameras.
Do I need to pay a subscription for video storage?
It is not mandatory. You can use free cloud storage for 30 days or add a microSD card up to 128GB for continuous local recording.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
