How it works and how to install it
The 22mm push button is mounted into a 22mm diameter hole by screwing it in with the included nut, no special tools required. The 5 pins are identified by wire color: red for positive LED, black for negative LED, green for common pin, blue for NO, and yellow for NC. Connection is made according to the included diagrams, with the option to choose between LED active when pressed or permanently lit LED.

The button operates in the 9-30V DC range, so both 12V and 24V are fully compatible voltages without any modification.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
