How it works and how to install it
The momentary push button activates the circuit only while pressed, returning automatically to its initial position upon release. Installation is done through a 19mm panel cutout: insert the button, tighten the nut on the back, and connect the 4 pins — 2 for LED power and 2 for the control contact (NO or NC). No special tools are required, and the connection diagram is marked directly on the plastic body of the terminals.

Is the wire connector included in the package?
No, the wire connector is purchased separately. The package includes the button, fixing nut, and rubber gasket ring.
Can this button be used outdoors or in wet environments?
Yes, the IP65 protection ensures sealing against water jets and dust, making it suitable for semi-exposed installations or panels in high humidity areas.
What is the difference between NO and NC contacts on this button?
NO (normally open) closes the circuit only when pressed, and NC (normally closed) interrupts the circuit when pressed. Both types are available on the same button by selecting the appropriate pins for connection.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
