COB LED Strip 528LED/m for continuous indoor lighting
The COB LED strip with 528 LEDs/m offers uniform cool white light, without visible dots or shadows, ideal for architectural lighting applications, coves, shelves or work areas. COB (Chip-on-Board) technology distributes the luminous flux continuously along the entire length of the strip, eliminating the grainy effect specific to classic LED strips. The 5-meter roll covers generous surfaces in a single piece, without visible joints.

How it works and how to install it
The COB LED strip operates on 12V DC and requires an adequate power supply (not included), sized for a minimum of 70W for 5 meters. Installation is done by peeling off the 3M adhesive tape protection from the back of the profile and applying it to a clean, dry and degreased surface. The strip can only be cut at the indicated markings, at each predefined segment, without affecting the functioning of the rest of the strip.
Frequently asked questions
What power supply do I need for this 5-meter LED strip?
You need a 12V DC power supply with a minimum power of 70W. A power supply with a nominal power of 80-100W is recommended for a safety margin.
Can I connect multiple rolls in series to cover a larger length?
Connecting in series is not recommended. Each roll must be powered separately from the source, or a powerful enough power supply with parallel connection should be used, to avoid voltage drop and light non-uniformity.
Is the strip suitable for outdoor or wet areas?
No. The IP20 protection rating means that the strip is intended exclusively for dry indoor spaces, without exposure to moisture, water or dust.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
