The JMA 1020MK4 4-output TV signal amplifier distributes the TV signal to four televisions simultaneously, without loss of image quality. It is suitable for homes with multiple rooms, as well as for commercial spaces such as hotels, restaurants, or pubs. The manually adjustable amplification gain compensates for signal losses caused by distribution to multiple points or long cables.

How it works and how to install it
The amplifier is installed at the TV cable entry point into the property: the main cable connects to the socket marked IN, and the four televisions connect to the sockets marked OUT via coaxial cables with an F-type connector. After connecting to a 220V power outlet, the amplification gain is adjusted with a screwdriver by rotating the red knob on the front panel. Installation does not require special tools or advanced technical knowledge.

Can I use this amplifier without plugging it in?
Yes, without power, the device functions as a passive splitter, distributing the signal to the 4 outputs without amplification. For good results over long distances or with more than 2 televisions, 220V power supply is recommended.
Is it compatible with a Digi TV cable subscription?
Yes, the amplifier is compatible with the CATV network of Digi, Orange TV, Vodafone TV, and RCS&RDS operators, as well as with antenna or satellite signals.
What type of connector does it use — can I connect the cable directly from the wall?
The device uses F-type (coaxial) connectors, standard for cable TV installations in Romania. The cable from the wall connects directly if it already has an F-connector installed; otherwise, an F-type compression or screw-on connector is required.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
