Panel Digital Ammeter with Green LED Display
This 22mm diameter digital ammeter with a green LED display allows you to monitor the current consumption of electrical equipment in real-time, without complex instruments. Ideal for electrical panels, control panels, and industrial installations, it quickly mounts into standard 22mm holes and clearly displays values between 0-100A at 220V AC.
What you get with this product
- Continuous monitoring of electrical consumption — instantly read the amperage displayed on the green LED screen, visible even in low light conditions
- Standard installation in Ø22mm holes — compatible with existing holes in electrical panels and control panels, no modifications required
- Precise measurement up to 100A — uses the included current transformer for accurate readings in the 0-100 Amps range
- Durable IP65 rated construction for the cover — protection against dust and water jets, suitable for industrial environments
- Continuous operation for over 30,000 hours — long-lasting LED and stable circuitry for non-stop monitoring
- Wide 50-60Hz compatibility — works correctly in standard electrical networks in Romania and Europe
How it works and how to install it
The ammeter is installed by inserting it into the Ø22mm hole in the electrical panel, then securing it with the included nut. The current transformer (included in the package) is mounted on the wire that supplies the load — the wire passes through the transformer's ring before reaching the consumer. The red and blue wires of the ammeter connect to the 220V AC power supply, and the transformer sends the measurement signal to the display. The green LED display instantly shows the consumed current value, with no calibration required.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to disconnect the power to install the ammeter?
Yes, always disconnect the power before any intervention in the electrical panel. Installation is quick after mounting the transformer on the load wire and connecting the power cables.
Can I measure the consumption of an appliance operating at a normal 230V?
Yes, the ammeter works perfectly in standard 220-230V AC networks. Make sure the load is on to get displayed values — without consumption, the screen will show 0A.
Is the display visible in bright light conditions?
The green LED provides good contrast even in bright light, and the 7-segment digits are clear and legible from in front of the panel.
