How it works and how to install it
The battery is inserted directly into the battery compartment of the compatible device, observing the indicated polarity. For recharging, a charger specifically designed for Li-Ion batteries is required — do not attempt to charge it with generic chargers, as Li-Ion chemistry requires specific charging parameters. The battery's lifespan depends on usage, but lithium-ion technology allows for hundreds of complete charge-discharge cycles.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use this rechargeable battery instead of a regular CR123A battery?
Yes, the 16340 format is dimensionally compatible with CR123A, but check that your device accepts 3.7V — some equipment is designed strictly for 3V.
What charger should I use for this battery?
You need a dedicated Li-Ion battery charger with support for the 16340/CR123A format. Chargers for other battery types can damage the battery or create safety risks.
How long does a full charge last?
The usage time depends on the device's consumption — with a medium-power LED flashlight, you can get between 2-4 hours of continuous operation, and with digital cameras, it can cover several hundred photos.
