How it works and how to install it
The fan connects to the 220-240V electrical network via a direct connection to a switch or humidity sensor. Installation is done in a 100 mm circular hole in the wall or ceiling, fastened with the included screws through the square outer frame. The brushless motor ensures instant start-up and continuous silent operation, without vibrations. No maintenance required — periodic cleaning of the front grille with a damp cloth is sufficient.

How quiet is the fan in operation?
Below 30 dB, the equivalent of a whisper — doesn't disturb sleep and is almost imperceptible during the day.
Can it be installed in the bathroom above the tub or shower?
IPX2 protection allows installation in areas with indirect splashes, not directly under a shower jet. Ideal on the opposite wall or on the ceiling at a minimum distance of 60 cm from the water source.
What is the difference between the 5W motor power and the 15W consumption?
The motor generates 5W of effective mechanical power, and the total power consumption from the network is 15W due to normal internal losses of the electronic components.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
