How it works and how to install it
The thermostat uses a bimetallic mechanism that reacts to temperature: when the appliance reaches 75°C, the NC (normally closed) contact opens and cuts off the power. After the temperature drops, the contact automatically closes, and the appliance functions normally again. Installation is done by connecting the two conductors in series on the power circuit, either on the live or neutral wire, according to the electrical diagram of the protected appliance. It does not require special tools or advanced electrical knowledge.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
