How it works and how to install it
The power supply converts 220V AC current from the outlet into 24V DC current, necessary for the safe operation of LED strips. Connect the marked input cables to the electrical network, and the red and black output cables to the LED strip, observing polarity. Secure the power supply in a ventilated, moisture-free location, using the integrated mounting clips or double-sided tape. Due to its ultra-slim design, it fits inside the LED strip profile or can be easily hidden behind decorative panels. Passive cooling through the aluminum casing eliminates the need for maintenance.

What length of 24V LED strip can this power supply power?
It depends on the consumption per meter of your strip. If the strip consumes 10W/m, you can power approximately 2.4 meters. For a 5W/m strip, you can connect up to 4.8 meters. Calculate the total consumption not to exceed 24W.
Can I mount the power supply outdoors or in the bathroom?
No, the power supply has an IP20 protection rating and is designed strictly for indoor use in dry spaces. For wet areas or outdoors, you need a power supply with IP65 or higher.
Does it make noise during operation?
No, the power supply operates completely silently because it uses passive cooling through the aluminum casing, without fans or moving components.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
