How it works and how to install
The power supply converts mains current (110-250V AC) into a stable 12V DC voltage required for LED strips and other low-voltage devices. Installation is simple: connect the power cable to a socket or electrical panel, and the two output cables to the LED devices. Thanks to IP68 protection, it can be mounted directly outdoors without an additional protective box — fix the power supply to the wall with screws, ensure clear ventilation for efficient cooling, and connect the cables observing polarity.

Yes, the IP68 protection rating allows for mounting and operation in conditions of temporary submersion, resisting rain, snow, and continuous humidity.
How many meters of 12V LED strip can I power with this power supply?
It depends on the consumption of your strip. A standard 14.4W/meter strip can be powered for approximately 13-14 meters. For more powerful strips, calculate: 200W divided by the consumption per meter.
Does it have overload or short-circuit protection?
Yes, the power supply includes integrated protections against overload, short circuit, and overheating, automatically disconnecting in case of a problem.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
