How it works and how to install it
The power supply converts 220V AC mains voltage to 12V DC, which is necessary for operating LED strips and low-voltage lighting equipment. The black 3-wire input cable connects to the mains, and the two white 2-wire output cables provide 12V DC to the consumers. Mounting is done through the mounting holes on the casing, ideally on flat vertical or horizontal surfaces. Due to its IP67 rating, it can be mounted outdoors without an additional protective box, ensuring that the cable holes are oriented downwards for water drainage.

Can the power supply power RGB or white LED strips installed in the garden?
Yes, it works perfectly with all types of 12V LED strips, including RGB, cool white, or warm white. The IP67 protection makes it ideal for permanent outdoor mounting.
How long can the LED strip connected to this power supply be?
It depends on the strip's consumption. For standard 14W/meter strips, you can power approximately 42 meters. For powerful 24W/meter strips, approximately 25 meters.
Do I need to install the power supply in a protective box?
It is not necessary. The IP67 protection rating allows direct outdoor mounting without an additional box, as it is fully protected against rain and dust.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
