How it works and how to install it
The sensor detects presence via infrared across a full 360-degree range and automatically activates the connected lighting. It is installed at a height of 1.8-2.5 meters by connecting it to the existing electrical circuit, using the included wall bracket. The three adjustment buttons allow setting the ambient light threshold, lighting duration, and detection sensitivity without additional tools.
After installation, test its operation and adjust the settings until you achieve the desired behavior. The sensor supports loads of up to 2000W, sufficient for controlling multiple light fixtures simultaneously.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can it also be used outdoors?
No, the sensor is designed exclusively for indoor use, with an operating temperature between -10°C and +40°C and a maximum humidity of 93% RH. For outdoor use, sensors with IP65 protection or higher are recommended.
Does it work with all types of LED bulbs?
Yes, it is compatible with LED, energy-saving, or incandescent bulbs, as long as the total load does not exceed 2000W. For optimal results, avoid bulbs with drivers incompatible with frequent switching.
How do you adjust how long the lights stay on after detection?
Use the time adjustment knob on the sensor body, which allows setting between 5 seconds and 7 minutes. Adjustment is done by rotating, without the need for tools.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
