How it works and how to install it
The heater is inserted through the opening of the tank or boiler, secured with the tightening nut, and the silicone gasket ensures a complete seal — the operation takes, on average, 15-20 minutes with a wrench, without advanced technical knowledge. After mechanical fixing, the two connection pins are connected to the 220V AC mains through a thermostat or directly, depending on the installation configuration. The U-type heating element works fully submerged in water, transferring heat evenly throughout the volume of the tank.

Does this heater also work on pressurized solar panels?
No — the product is designed exclusively for unpressurized systems (open tanks or those with atmospheric pressure). Use on pressurized systems can cause leaks or damage to the gaskets.
Do I need a separate thermostat or does the heater turn off by itself?
The heater does not have an integrated thermostat, so it needs to be connected to an external thermostat or controller to avoid overheating the water.
What is the diameter of the mounting thread and can I mount it on any boiler?
The heater head is equipped with a flange with a standard hexagonal nut — check the diameter of your tank's opening before ordering to confirm compatibility.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
