How it works and how to install
The timer is fixed on the included DIN socket, which mounts with a click into a standard electrical panel. Connect the 220V AC power cables and the control circuit according to the diagram on the casing, then select the desired time range via the switch. Turn the central knob to the required interval — the relay activates the circuit and automatically shuts it off after the set time expires. Fully mechanical operation, no need for programming or software configuration.

Can I use the timer for equipment that consumes over 3A?
Not directly. The maximum power is 3A at 220V AC. For higher loads, use an additional contactor controlled by this relay.
Does the time setting remain if the power goes out?
No. It is a mechanical timer that requires manual resetting after power returns, ideal for applications where safety dictates shutdown during a power outage.
Is it compatible with standard electrical panels in Romania?
Yes. The included DIN socket mounts on the standard 35mm rail present in all modern panels.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
