How it works and how to install
The main aluminum body holds the 18650 rechargeable battery using the included holder, and charging is done directly via the micro-USB port with the cable from the pack—no separate external charger needed. The heads are replaced by simply unscrewing the mounted one and screwing in the desired one, an operation that takes less than a minute. The side button selects the light mode through successive presses: strong, weak, flashing.

Is the battery included in the package or do I need to buy it separately?
The 3.7V Li-Ion 18650 rechargeable battery is included in the kit, along with the micro-USB charging cable and the holder for 3 AAA batteries.
Can I use the flashlight while it's charging?
No. Turning on the flashlight while charging can damage the LEDs. Please wait for charging to complete before use.
Is it waterproof? Can I use it for fishing in the rain?
The flashlight has a rubber gasket that protects against splashes and dust, but it is not certified for immersion. It is suitable for outdoor use in light rain, not for submersion.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
