How it works and how to install it

It does not require fixed installation — the adjustable handle allows for positioning on a flat surface or hanging, without any tools.

How long does the battery last if I leave it in the sun all day?
A full solar charge takes approximately 4-5 hours in direct sunlight conditions and provides 3-4 hours of battery life with normal use.
Can I use the lamp while it's charging via USB?
It is not recommended — using the lamp while charging may damage the LEDs. Charge fully before use.
Is it water-resistant or resistant to harsh weather conditions?
The lamp is designed for outdoor use, but it does not have a certified IP rating mentioned by the manufacturer, therefore direct exposure to heavy rain is not recommended.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
