How it works and how to install it
The strip connects to the included power supply (12V/5A), and the RGB controller is placed between the power supply and the strip to manage colors and effects via the remote control. Installation does not require advanced electrical knowledge: you connect the components in the order power supply — controller — strip, fix the strip to the desired surface using adhesive or clips, and the remote control takes over immediately. The strip can be cut in multiples of 2.5 cm directly from the roll, without special tools.

Can I use this neon LED strip outdoors, on the terrace or on the facade of the house?
Yes, the strip has IP65 protection, which means it is protected against water jets and dust, making it suitable for outdoor installation away from direct rain.
Can I cut the strip to a length shorter than 5 meters?
Yes, the strip can be cut at intervals of a minimum of 2.5 cm, directly with scissors, at the cutting marks on the profile.
Can multiple rolls be connected one after another for a greater length?
Up to 5 meters on a single channel of the included power supply. For longer lengths, a higher power supply or separate power supply for segments is required.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
