How it works and how to install
The switch is mounted directly on the positive cable between the battery and the consumers, using the M8 threaded terminals included in the package. It is fixed with 4 screws on a flat surface — wall, chassis, or console. Rotating the red handle instantly closes or opens the electrical circuit, completely stopping the current flow. All mounting hardware is included; installation takes less than 15 minutes with standard tools.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
