How it works and how to install it
The MCCB circuit breaker is mounted between the DC power source (batteries or photovoltaic panels) and the inverter or consumers. It automatically detects overcurrent and interrupts the circuit before the fault can damage the equipment. It is fixed on a standard DIN rail or directly to the wall with the included screws, connections are made through the visible terminals on the top and bottom.
Attention: the product is designed exclusively for DC applications — do not use on AC electrical circuits (household installation). CE and RoHS certified for maximum safety.

Can I use this circuit breaker for the normal electrical installation in my house?
No, it is intended exclusively for DC circuits (solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles). For household AC installations, other types of circuit breakers exist.
How difficult is it to install if I don't have experience with electrical equipment?
Physical mounting is simple — screws or DIN rail. However, connecting to the photovoltaic system requires knowledge of DC electricity. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician for the initial installation.
Does it trip automatically or do I have to turn it off manually when a problem occurs?
It trips automatically on overcurrent or short circuit. You can also operate it manually via the red ON/OFF switch to disconnect the circuit when necessary.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
