Single-color dimmer for 12-24V LED strips with potentiometer
The 12-24V/30A single-color LED dimmer allows you to adjust the light intensity of single-color LED strips from 0 to 100% by simply rotating the potentiometer. Suitable for residential, commercial, or decorative installations, it is mounted between the power supply and the LED strip, without requiring additional components. With a maximum current capacity of 30A, it covers installations up to 360W at 12V or 720W at 24V.

How it works and how to install it
The dimmer is connected in series between the DC power supply and the single-color LED strip: the wires from the power supply are connected to the terminals marked Input, and the LED strip is connected to the Output terminals, observing the positive and negative polarity indicated on the casing. After connection, the rotary potentiometer adjusts the light intensity proportionally to the rotation angle. Installation is accessible and done with a screwdriver, but it is recommended to check the correct sizing of the power supply before commissioning.

Does this dimmer work with any single-color LED strip?
Yes, it is compatible with any single-color LED strip with a DC 12V or 24V power supply voltage, provided that the total power of the strip does not exceed 360W at 12V or 720W at 24V.
Can the dimmer be used with RGB or RGBW LED strips?
No. This dimmer is exclusively intended for single-color LED strips. For RGB or RGBW strips, a dedicated multi-channel controller is required.
What temperature can this dimmer operate at outdoors?
The operating temperature range is between -20°C and +60°C, making it usable in semi-outdoor spaces, such as covered terraces, provided it is protected from direct moisture.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
