How it works and how to install it
The converter takes the analog signal from the SCART input or the digital signal from the HDMI input, processes it internally, and transmits it as an HDMI signal at 720p or 1080p resolution. Installation does not require technical knowledge: connect the SCART or HDMI cable to the input, the HDMI cable to the output to the television, power on the converter, and it starts automatically. The switch button on the casing allows you to select the PAL or NTSC color standard depending on the source used.

Can I use the SCART input and HDMI input simultaneously?
No, the two inputs do not work simultaneously — only one source, either SCART or HDMI, can be used at a time.
Are the SCART cable and HDMI cable included in the package?
No, the package only includes the converter and the power adapter. SCART and HDMI cables must be purchased separately.
Does it work with an old DVD player or receiver that only has SCART?
Yes, this is exactly what it's designed for — you connect the SCART output of the old equipment to the converter's input and get an HDMI signal to the TV.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
