How it works and how to install
The connector uses a spring clamp system: lift the colored lever corresponding to the desired pole, insert the stripped wire 10-12mm into the side opening, then let the lever return to position. The metal spring presses the wire onto the copper contact, making an instant electrical connection. To disconnect, lift the lever again and pull the wire out. No screwdriver, pliers or other tools are needed — complete installation of all 12 poles takes less than a minute.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I connect wires of different gauges in the same connector?
Yes, each pole works independently and accepts cables between 0.08-4mm², so you can mix 1.5mm² wires with 2.5mm² ones without problems.
Is it safe for 220V installations in the house?
Absolutely. The connector is approved for 250V and 32A, with insulation tested at 4KV. It far exceeds the requirements for standard 16A residential circuits.
Do I need to tighten anything after inserting the wire?
No. When you let the lever down, the internal spring automatically generates the necessary pressure for a stable electrical contact. There are no screws to tighten.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
