How it works and how to install it
The connector has a modular cross-shaped construction with 4 arms, each equipped with a waterproof tube, sealing rubber, cable gripping claw, and locking nut. The cable is inserted through the tube, the conductors are fixed to the wire terminals in the central body, then the nut is tightened until locked — the rubber compresses the cable and provides the seal. No special tools are required, and the entire process of connecting the 4 cables takes less than 15 minutes.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
