It is compatible with 8mm wide LED strips and provides a secure electrical connection, protected against humidity by its IP65 rating. How it works and how to install it
The connector works through a clip-on mechanism: open the transparent cover, insert the end of the 8mm LED strip into the dedicated slot, insert the power wires into the corresponding pins, then press the cover until you hear a click. No tools, soldering, or advanced technical knowledge are required — the entire operation takes less than a minute. The connector allows both connecting the end of the strip to wires and extending the strip with intermediate wires.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
