How it works and how to install it
The switch is mounted by making a 51mm circular cutout in the electrical panel and secured with the included nut. Screw terminals allow for quick wiring according to the machine's electrical schematic. The rotary lever switches between position 0 (off, no contact) and position 1 (on, all circuits active). Each of the 5 cams independently actuates 2 contacts, allowing complex electrical configurations for motors, pumps, or production machines.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
